TACOMA, Washington – Tess Carden gave the Puget Sound women's soccer team a lead 10 minutes into the game, and the Loggers cruised to a 2-0 home win over Lewis & Clark Saturday afternoon.

Carden's second goal of the season came in the 10
th minute, and stood as the game-winner. The Loggers carried that 1-0 lead into halftime, but added to it in the 53
rd minute. That's when
Rylee MacLennan scored her third goal of the year.

Chaylea Tome needed to make four saves for her ninth shutout of the year, and the 11
th overall for the Loggers. Tome has a 0.47 goals-against average for the season.
