TACOMA, Washington – Tess Carden gave the Puget Sound women's soccer team a lead 10 minutes into the game, and the Loggers cruised to a 2-0 home win over Lewis & Clark Saturday afternoon.
 
Carden's second goal of the season came in the 10^th minute, and stood as the game-winner. The Loggers carried that 1-0 lead into halftime, but added to it in the 53^rd minute. That's when Rylee MacLennan scored her third goal of the year.
 
Chaylea Tome needed to make four saves for her ninth shutout of the year, and the 11^th overall for the Loggers. Tome has a 0.47 goals-against average for the season.
