PARKLAND, Washington – Avery Allemann put away a team-high 12 kills, and Chloe Akiona-Bannan totaled 27 digs, but the Puget Sound volleyball team lost at Pacific Lutheran, 3-1 (25-19, 21-25, 25-21, 25-21) Wednesday night.

Allemann totaled double-digit kills for the fifth time in the last six matches. She has at least 10 kills in 11 matches this season. Akiona-Bannan came up one dig shy of matching her season-high (28 vs. George Fox, Sept. 23).

The Loggers attacked at just a 0.086 clip at PLU, marking their third-lowest mark of the season. The Lutes hit .125 in the contest, well under their season average.
