Brett Harvey was solid in his first-career start, while
Makana Murashige,
Jacob Ota, andÂ
Jackson Bolitho combined to drive in eight runs during the Puget Sound baseball team's 12-5 win at Claremont-M-S Friday afternoon.

Harvey allowed two earned runs on three hits and a walk in his four innings of work.
Henry Baker earned the win after pitching three innings out of the bullpen.

Murashige finished the game 2-for-4 with four RBI, and Bolitho stayed hot by going 2-for-5 with two RBI. Bolitho has multiple hits in three consecutive games (6-for-11).

The Loggers took a 2-0 lead in the first inning.
Kyle Strash led off with a walk, and
Shane Himeda followed with a double. A wild pitch allowed Strash to score, and Himeda came home on a groundout by Murashige.

Puget Sound erupted for five runs in the second inning.
Clayton Waltz scored from second base on a single by Bolitho, and Ota hit a two-run double Murashige added a two-run base hit during the big frame.

The Loggers take on Carleton Saturday, March 26, at 11 a.m. CMS is hosting the game.
