TACOMA, Washington – Emily LaRiviere scored three of the first four goals of the game and the Puget Sound lacrosse team never let up on the gas in a 14-2 win over Pacific in Baker Stadium Saturday afternoon.

LaRiviere netted two goals in the game's first give minutes to give the Loggers a 2-0 lead. Less than one minute later, Beatice Bridge added to the Loggers' lead, and LaRivere scored again late in the first quarter.

Puget Sound took a 6-0 lead into halftime, as the Loggers' defense did not allow the Boxers to get a shot on target during the first 30 minutes.

LaRiviere scored a game-high six goals, and
Hayden Hotchkiss added four goals with three assists.

The Loggers had nearly twice as many ground balls as Pacific, 27-14.
Katie Minnehan came up with a game-high ground balls.

Puget Sound remains at home to host Willamette Saturday, April 3, at 1 p.m.
