FOREST GROVE, Oregon – Hayden Hotchkiss and
Beatrice Bridge combined for nine goals to lead the Puget Sound lacrosse team to a 16-3 triumph at Pacific Saturday afternoon.

Bridge scored a season-high five goals, and Hotchkiss matched her season-high in scoring with four goals.

The win improved Puget Sound's overall record to 8-5, securing a winning season in 2022.

Hotchkiss scored the game's first goal 3:40 in the first quarter, and Bridge netted her first goal a little more than a minute later. The Loggers opened the game with a 5-0 run, and they took a 9-2 lead into halftime.

Olivia Almy earned her eighth win in goal after making three saves against Pacific. Puget Sound's defense caused 23 turnovers.
