SPOKANE, Washington – The No. 17/12 Puget Sound women's basketball team bounced back with a dominant 80-52 win at Whitworth Saturday.
Kennedy Brown and
Sophie Nilsson both scored 16 points for the Loggers, and
Paige Gerhart pulled down a game-high nine rebounds.
The Loggers totaled 21 steals in the win, which is the team's second-highest total this season.
Jenai Ancheta led all players with five steals, while
Sophie Nilsson and
Samantha Swartout both came away with four.
Puget Sound returns home next week to host Willamette and George Fox (Feb. 3-4).
