TACOMA, Wash. -- The Loggers celebrated 13 amazing seniors in their final home game of the year, honoring their dedicated service to the football team. 

How it Happened
Linfield took off running and never looked back, as the Loggers were down in the match early. The Wildcats scored 28 straight points in the first quarter, as the Wildcats, who appeared in the national rankings a couple of times this season, kept their foot on the gas the entire first half. 
Two Logger touchdowns weren't enough to climb back into the game, as the Wildcats won 77-14. 

Despite the scoreline, there were several highlights from today's game. Several family members made the trip to Tacoma to watch the seniors play, and every medically cleared player on the Loggers' roster saw the field. 

Isaac Tran also had a phenomenal day, hauling in 14 receptions for 157 yards and a touchdown – a fitting end to his senior day. Fellow senior Joe Gallagher also had a 100-yard receiving game, finishing with 12 receptions for 113 yards. On defense, Peyton Damasiewicz led the team with 9 tackles, including one tackle for loss. 

The Loggers look to finish their season strong against Whitworth next Saturday, November 15th. The game is scheduled for 1:00 PM. 

Coach's Thoughts
"While the result was disappointing, I'm grateful for the effort and impact of our seniors," said Logger head coach Jeff Thomas. Each has given so much to this program over the past four years. This season saw new records from Joe Gallagher in receiving, Hayden Teeter in passing, and Lily breaking barriers as a woman playing college football. Players like Jake Elorduy, Miles Grayson or Tom Curtin and so many others have embodied what it means to be a Loggers; selfless, versatile, and committed to making us better on and off the field. They will all be missed as we continue to grow this program on the field to match the success we have off of it."
