NAMPA, Idaho – The University of Puget Sound women's tennis team fell to the College of Idaho in a pair of matches on Saturday. The Loggers fell, 6-3, before losing, 8-1.
Results
In the first match-up, the Loggers No. 1 doubles team of Elizabeth Chao and Nicole Bouche won 9-8 (8-6). Chao then went on to narrowly win at No. 1 singles, 6-4, 1-6, 7-6. Bouche also won her match at No. 2 singles, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2. Bouche was the only Logger to win her match in the afternoon rematch.
Puget Sound will next travel to Linfield on Saturday, February 20. The team's first Northwest Conference match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
