Logger tennis teams fall to Linfield

TACOMA, Washington –  The Puget Sound men's and women's teams both fell to Linfield on Sunday afternoon.  The women fell, 9-0, while the men lost, 6-3.  

For the Logger men, the No. 1 doubles team of Joe McRoberts and Riley Inn earned an 8-2 victory. McRoberts also won at No. 1 singles, 7-5, 3-6, 7-5. The other win for the Loggers belonged to Chet Selis, who won, 1-6, 7-6, 10-8 at No. 5.

On the women's side, Kyla Richards dropped her first set narrowly, 6-4, before losing her second set, 6-1, at No. 5 singles. At No. 1, Elizabeth Chao lost, 6-2, 6-1. 

Puget Sound next plays Lewis & Clark on Saturday, April 9. The men host the Pioneers, while the women will travel to Portland, Ore.
