TACOMA, Washington - The Puget Sound women's tennis team lost at home against Linfield, 9-0, Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats are in first place in the Northwest Conference.

The Loggers' Lisa Owen nearly pulled off a stunner at No. 1 singles. After dropping the first set, 6-3, Owen fought her way to a 6-3 victory in the second set. However, she dropped a close tiebreaker, 10-8.
Puget Sound returns to action on the road in two weeks, at Whitworth, April 7.
