Bouche, Myers lead Loggers to victory at George Fox

NEWBERG, Oregon – The Puget Sound women's tennis team picked a Northwest Conference road win at George Fox Sunday, and the Logger men lost at home to the Bruins.

The Puget Sound women topped the Bruins, 5-4. Bridget Myers and Nicole Bouche both won two matches. Bouche was victorious at No. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-4. Myers won at No. 3 singles, 6-7 (0-7), 6-4, 6-2. The two teamed up to win at No. 2 doubles, 8-2.

Lisa Owen won at No. 1 singles for Puget Sound, 7-5, 6-0.

On the men's side, Joe McRoberts and Riley Inn fought hard in an 8-6 loss at No. 1 doubles. 

The Loggers next compete against Willamette, Saturday, March 10.
