McMINNVILLE, Oregon – The Puget Sound women's tennis team reached the Northwest Conference Tournament for the first time since 2014, but the Loggers lost at Linfield, 8-0, in the semifinal round.

Puget Sound was the No. 4 seed, and Linfield had the benefit of hosting as the No. 1 seed.

Each singles match went just two sets. Lisa Owen and Nicole Bouche nearly pulled off a win at No. 1 doubles, but the duo came up just short, 8-5.

Earlier this week, Owen was named to the All-NWC First Team, and Bouche was selected to the All-NWC Second Team.
