TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound men's tennis team lost a Northwest Conference match at home against Whitworth, 9-0, Saturday afternoon.
The Loggers lost all six singles matches in two sets, but Puget Sound was more competitive in doubles competition.
Competing at No. 2 doubles, Graham Byron and Aiden Velsaco battled to an 8-4 loss. Rene Del Barco and Joshua Wah-Blumberg fought to the same result in No. 3 doubles. Mike Smolskis and Paul Wallace dropped the No. 1 doubles match, 8-3.
The Puget Sound women take on Whitworth at home Sunday, March 1, at 10 a.m.
