TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound men's and women's tennis teams both lost to Lewis & Clark Saturday, 7-2. The Logger women hosted the Pioneers, while Lewis & Clark hosted the Logger men in Vancouver, Washington.
Andie Machida won both of her matches for Puget Sound. He was victorious at No. 2 singles (6-1, 6-3), and she teamed up with Lia Van Steeter to win No. 1 doubles (8-4).
In men's competition, Paul Wallace and Julian Giomi got victory at No. 3 doubles (8-7 (6)). Nicholis Pulido won at No. 5 doubles (6-3, 6-4).
Both Logger squads next take on Whitman, March 14.
