TACOMA, Washington – Andie Machida won her second consecutive singles match, but the Logger women lost to Whitworth, 8-1, at home Saturday. Meanwhile, the Puget Sound men lost against the Pirates, 9-0, in Spokane.

Machida dropped only one game as she cruised in two says (6-1, 6-0). Zoe Love nearly won the second set at No. 3 singles, but she ultimately fell in two sets (6-2, 7-5).
The Logger men have little time to rest as they host Linfield Sunday, April 18.
