ORANGE, Calif. - Playing their final two of eight games in
California, the Puget Sound Loggers ended the week on a high note,
earning a 4-1 win over La Sierra on Friday at the Sun West

the Loggers fell to St. Mary's (Minn.), 15-8.

the top of the first to take a 2-0 lead. La Sierra got back
within on with an RBI double in the bottom of the sixth but a
two-run home run by Aryn Grause (Corvallis, Ore./Crescent Valley)
put the dagger in the coffin as the Loggers earned the 4-1 victory.

win, allowing just one run on five hits with 13 strikeouts to
collect the complete game.
