Box Score 2 NEWBERG, Oregon – The Puget Sound softball team finished its three-day trip to Oregon with a pair of losses at No. 11 George Fox Saturday afternoon. Puget Sound lost both ends of a doubleheader, 9-0 and 9-1.
Mackensie Pearlstein went 2-for-5 with a run scored between the two games. Erica Gott finished 1-for-4 with an RBI.
Pearlstein pushed her batting average to a team-high .317, and Gott notched her team-leading 18th RBI.
The Loggers return home to host Willamette for four games, starting with a 12 p.m. doubleheader April 7.
