Box Score 2 REDLANDS, California – Kaitlyn Webster had another multi-hit game, and Kelsie Sullivan was solid in the circle, but the Puget Sound softball team lost two games at Redlands Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs took the first game, 10-1, and the third game, 3-1.
Webster went 2-for-4 in the second game, marking her third two-hit effort through the season's first two games.
During that second game, Sullivan allowed just three runs in a complete-game. The freshman struck out five and walked two.
Freshman backstop Abbi Wong hit a double in each game. She plated the Loggers' only run in the second game with an RBI double that plated Sullivan.
The Loggers wrap up their season-opening trip in California with a doubleheader at Occidental Sunday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m.
