Kisner, Mastin, Walker score four goals each in Loggers' win

TACOMA, Washington – A trio of Loggers combined for 12 goals as the Puget Sound lacrosse team beat Whitworth, 15-8, in Baker Stadium Sunday afternoon.

Jenna Kisner, Lauren Mastin, and Ali Walker each scored four goals in Puget Sound's win. Walker added four assists, while Kisner totaled three helpers.

Kisner has now scored at least three goals in three consecutive games. She has 11 goals during that stretch. Walker also has 11 goals in the last three games.

Puget Sound raced out to a 4-0 lead through the game's first three-and-a-half minutes. Mastin scored the first two goals of the game, and Kisner and Walker each followed with their first scores for the contest.

The Loggers took a 10-5 lead into halftime, and they narrowly outscored the Pirates in the second half, 5-3.

The Loggers are on the road next week when they head to Oregon to take on Linfield (April 6) and Pacific (April 7).
