NEWBERG, Oregon – Hannah Bushing and Abby Stranahan both scored their first goals of the season, but the Puget Sound lacrosse team lost at George Fox, 20-2, Sunday afternoon.

Stranahan put the Loggers on the board for the first time with an unassisted goal 13 minutes into the second half.

Six minutes later, Bushing found the back of the net off an assist from Emily LaRiviere.

Strahahan attempted a team-high three shots, and Bee Bridge won four draw controls – also a team-high.

The Loggers are off next week, and they return to action at home against Pacific, April 3.
