NEWBERG, Oregon – The Puget Sound softball team lost both games of a doubleheader at George Fox Saturday afternoon. The Bruins won the first game, 9-1, and they took the second game, 11-3.

Kelsie Sullivan scored the Loggers' only run in the first game. She led off the third inning with a walk, and then she put herself in scoring position by stealing second. Hana DeGuzman smacked a single up the middle, allowing Sullivan to score from second base.

In the second game Hailee Ueyama hit an RBI single, and Abbi Wong collected a two-run base hit.

The Loggers and Bruins play twice Sunday, April 11, starting at 11 a.m.
